Brown Bag Films Dublin Studio is on a lookout for an experienced Texturing Artists with a good “eye” and a thorough understanding of light, color, contrast, shading, and Texturing design.

  • Create Photo real and stylised Texture maps for Props, locations and characters while working closely with an Art Director to set the required look.
  • Create Efficient/optimal UV layout for texture painting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall look and artistic approach for the game.
  • Conceptualize and illustrate exceptional game art assets, UI, environments, characters animations, Banners, marketing screens shots and icons

  • Conceiving and visualizing gameplay and mechanics during pre-production.

  • Your work should show a deep appreciation for simple and usable interfaces.

  • Should be good at sketching, animation, character creation, Concept art, Illustration, and strong UI skills.
  • Passion for games and a good understanding of what makes a game visually stunning and Fun to play.

Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned tasks autonomously through any stages of the production process from conception through to final sign off;
